I LOVE Lavender essential oil. However, I'm really picky about which lavender essential oil I use. My personal favorites the one doTERRA has. I think the scent is a personal preference. Some lavender essential oil smells kind of icky to me, and others smell amazing. You just have to smell them to see which one you like the best. Just remember to not discard lavender if you've only sniffed it once or twice, there are so many varieties you just need to keep sniffing until you find the one you like. A word of caution here: I wouldn't purchase essential oils at the grocery store. You need to be mindful of where your essential oil is coming from and what was used to make it. You want to find pure essential oils and not synthetic ones.
I use lavender in quite a few ways.
Lavender has a long history of use in natural remedies and as a natural scent and perfume. It is is also used to help you relax so you can fall asleep. Lavender is sometimes used by those with insomnia as a natural alternative to drugs.
If you're curious about lavender start looking for it and take a sniff of different brands to see which one you like the most. I don't sell essential oils but you can find lots of people who do on social media. Another great place to experience essential oils is at expos, farmers markets, and other events that promote wellness.
